Step 1 — Log In
Go to tutortrac.bhcc.edu and sign in with your BHCC username and password. Use a laptop or desktop computer — TracCloud does not work well on phones. Use Chrome or Firefox for best results. If you need help with your BHCC username or password, visit: bhcc.edu/currentstudents/technologyresources/.
Booking an Appointment
- On your dashboard, find the Search for an Appointment box.
- Click Choose a subject and select your course (e.g., MAT 097).
- You will only see courses you are currently enrolled in (e.g., MAT 093, MAT 097, MAT 098, MAT 099, MAT 181, MAT 194).
- Click Choose a service / reason and select Math Tutoring.
- Click Search to see available appointment times. To see more options, click Choose a different date at the top or Load more availabilities at the bottom.
- For one-on-one appointments, select your Duration.
- Appointments are available in 30-minute or 1-hour sessions.
- Select your Meeting Type — in-person or online.
- In-person: Check in at the Math Space when you arrive.
- Online: A WebEx link will be included in your confirmation email.
- Click Confirm to book.
- A confirmation email (and text, if enabled) will be sent to your BHCC email.
- If no appointments are available, click Unable to Find Appointment and complete the form — a tutor will follow up with you.
Canceling an Appointment
On the TracCloud main page, find your appointment under Upcoming Appointments and click Cancel. Choose a reason and confirm. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment count as a missed appointment. After 2 missed appointments, your account will be locked. Contact the Math Space to have it unlocked.
Having trouble submitting?
