No prior Spanish experience is required.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Use basic Spanish phrases to greet others and introduce themselves
- Communicate in simple terms when ordering food and drinks in restaurants
- Ask for and understand basic directions and locations
- Navigate common travel situations such as checking into a hotel or using transportation
- Use numbers to handle prices, purchases, and payments
- Demonstrate basic understanding of cultural norms and polite expressions in Spanish-speaking countries
