- Full-time faculty or staff advisor
- Club Constitution (template attached)
- Club Activation Form
- Student Government Association Approval
- Club Leaders and Advisor attend training
- Advisor submits an Advisor Agreement
- Club is activated and can host programs/ submit budgets.
