*Students can only apply to one selective program per term.
Admissions Requirements
High School Requirement
- Submit Proof of High School Diploma, GED, and or HISET
- A copy of a high school diploma or an official GED/HiSet certificate may be submitted in person with a photo ID or may be sent via email directly from a school official.
- International high school diplomas and transcripts outside of the US may need an official translation and evaluation.
Mandatory MLA/MLT Information Session
Applicants must attend an MLA/MLT Information session. The information session is valid for 1 year from the application deadline. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your attendance will not be counted, and you will have to attend another in-person session.

Required Prerequisites Courses (All grades must be a C or higher)
- ENG-111 College Writing I
- MAT-181 Statistics I Credits
- BIO-203 Anatomy/Physiology I & Lab
- Credits for Anatomy and Physiology/Lab that were earned more than five (5) years prior to enrollment in the MLT program are not accepted.
- BIO-204 Anatomy/Physiology II & Lab
- Credits for Anatomy and Physiology/Lab that were earned more than five (5) years prior to enrollment in the MLT program are not accepted.
- BIO-205 Microbiology & Lab
- CHM-120 Principles of Inorganic Chemistry & Lab
- CHM-121 Principles of Organic & Chemistry W/Lab
College
We will accept unofficial college transcripts for application review. However, if you are admitted, you are required to submit official transcripts. CORI/SORI Background Check
If accepted into the program, as a prerequisite for a clinical placement or internship this program requires that all students must undergo a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check and a Sex Offender Registry Information (SORI) check.
