Get Involved on Campus

College is more than just attending class. At Bunker Hill Community College, getting involved is one of the best ways to have fun, meet new people, and make memories that will last a lifetime. The college offers a variety of activities that give you the chance to develop leadership skills, socialize, and make a real impact on campus life.

With over 30 multicultural and multi-interest student clubs and organizations on campus, there’s always something happening. We celebrate diverse identities and cultivate a strong sense of community. Our clubs cover a wide range of interests—from academic and cultural to special interest groups—and new members are always welcome!

Getting involved in clubs and organizations is a fantastic way to enhance your college experience. These groups provide hands-on experience in program planning, leadership, and group development, which complements your classroom education. You'll build valuable skills for your resume, make lifelong friendships, and discover new opportunities.

For a complete list of student clubs, visit the student clubs webpage.

The Student Government Association (SGA) is an elected body of Bunker Hill Community College students that provides the opportunity for students to develop leadership skills. Student Government Association members work in collaboration with the College administration to enhance the quality of student life on campus. Meetings are Tuesdays at 1 pm in E175 during the Academic Year.

Phi Theta Kappa is the largest honor society in American higher education with more than 2 million members and 1,200 chapters in the United States and around the world.
