Students enrolled in CUL-215 Culinary Foundations 3 and CUL-225 Essentials of Dining service will be practicing skills and concepts by cooking and serving lunch in the Culinary Arts Dining Room.
Dining Opportunities for the Fall Semester
Join us this semester for lunch and dinner service in BHCC’s Culinary Arts Dining Room, located on the fourth floor of E Building.
Lunch will be served Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. throughout the semester, with a break during midterms, under the direction of Chefs Stefani Butella and George Kelley.
Dinner buffet service, supervised by Chef Charlton Becker, will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. through the end of October, with an expanding menu.
Both lunch and dinner are open to the BHCC community at no cost, based on space availability. October service dates are October 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, and 29, with lunch and dinner available on each date.
Additional lunch-only dates are November 17, 19, and 24, and December 1 and 3. Stop by, enjoy a meal, and support our Culinary Arts students!
