Community and Opportunity on Display at BHCC Open House

BHCC welcomed more than 450 prospective students and their families to campus for an engaging and informative Open House on Thursday, April 2. The interactive evening gave attendees the opportunity to explore BHCC’s academic programs, student support services, and campus facilities while creating their own personalized experience.

Guests connected with deans, faculty, and staff from all six academic pathways; visited student service areas such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Disability Support Services, TRIO, and Veterans Services; and learned about transfer options through Joint Admissions partners. Highlights of the event included campus tours, application support, financial aid workshops offered in both English and Spanish, and hands-on classroom demonstrations in areas such as Baking & Pastry, Medical Imaging, Health Careers, and Intercultural Communications.

The Open House showcased BHCC’s commitment to access, affordability, and student success, giving prospective students and families a comprehensive look at the many pathways and resources available to support their educational and career goals.
