BHCC President Pam Eddinger Makes Top 100 Women-Led Businesses List
Monday, November 8, 2021
The Commonwealth Institute (TCI) and Boston Globe Magazine announced today the 2021 edition of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts list and Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC) President Pam Eddinger landed number 38 out of 100 women on this distinguished list.
When asked “How do you build resilience into the core of your company?“ Dr. Eddinger replied, “For the longest time we have said, ‘Oh, we want to be a family-friendly workplace.’ We’ve actually put some of these things on paper so that is not just talk, right? So that when we implement it, we would have some form of uniformity of policy that everybody can count on. This time it would be real. It wouldn’t be just like at the fiat of whether your supervisor is nice or not.”
This is the 21st year that TCI has created the list and the ninth year that Globe Magazine has partnered with the group. Congratulations to Dr. Eddinger and the 2021 Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts.
