Passport Services

Information on obtaining and renewing passport is available on the U.S. Department of State website. The closest facility to process your passport application (including taking passport photographs) is located at the United States Post Office in the Charlestown Shopping Center, 23 Austin Street, Charlestown, MA 02129. Students Abroad

Health Concerns

Center for Disease Control and Prevention should be your online source for the reliable health information. Visit https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/ to check if you require a vaccination or if there are any health concerns you should be aware of.

Mental Health

Leaving your familiar surroundings may add stress to your daily routine. If you have been treated for certain conditions (i.e. depression, anxiety disorder, etc.) please check with your health care provider and confirm that the study abroad experience is right for you.

Use www.xe.com   to check the conversion rate from USD into the currency at the destination.
