Suffolk University Joint Admissions

The Joint Admissions partnership between BHCC and Suffolk University provides seamless, coordinated support that strengthens academic planning and success while reducing barriers to degree completion. Through early connection to Suffolk, students benefit from integrated advising, clear academic planning, dedicated transfer support, and meaningful financial incentives from associate to bachelor’s degree completion.

Program Benefits:

  • Direct referral to BHCC with guided support for students not initially admitted to Suffolk
  • No application fee or essay, with guaranteed admission to Suffolk upon earning a 2.5 GPA
  • Weekly on-campus advising at BHCC with a Suffolk Transfer Admissions Counselor
  • Free transportation to Suffolk at least once per year for transfer events and campus engagement
  • One-third tuition discount for students graduating with a 3.0+ GPA
  • $3,500 Career Summer Stipend to support unpaid internships or research opportunities
  • Full tuition scholarship awarded annually to one Joint Admissions scholar
  • Automatic consideration for Suffolk’s Accelerated Graduate Programs, including an application fee waiver and special scholarship opportunities
