In-Person classes
- If you are a student who has completed the interactive process and is approved for testing accommodations, and would like to schedule a test/quiz in the DSS Testing Room, please complete the Schedule Exam/Quiz in DSS Testing Room form
- Once you submit the form, our test proctors will reach out to you. For additional information, read the Testing Policy and Agreement Form
- In accordance with the DSS testing policy, schedule your exams at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
In-person Accommodated Testing in the DSS Testing Room
Students testing in the DSS office are required to schedule exams at the same, or an overlapping time that the rest of the class is taking the exam. Please refer to your class syllabus for all exam dates. Please plan to book an exam/quiz appointment at least 3 business days (72 hours)in advance.
The only exceptions are if there is a schedule conflict due to another class, or other arrangements are made with the professor and the DSS office, or the exam is being administered outside the DSS hours of operation.
DSS Testing Room Hours
Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Testing Accommodations for online or fully web-based courses
- Your testing accommodations still apply
- Communicate with your professors if you want to utilize your testing accommodations.
- Instructors can adjust remote exam time limits to reflect extended time accommodation for you.
