The staff in Advising & LifeMap are dedicated to providing continuous services in one centralized location to strengthen, nurture, empower and assist students with making sound and responsible decisions throughout their educational career at the College.

Advising & LifeMap is a team of advisors, coaches, navigators, administrators and other professionals who support and guide students to reach their academic, career, transfer, and personal goals. We are advocates for student success.

Advising and Course Registration Assistance
Prospective students: Schedule an advising appointment with Admissions for pre-admissions advising.
Guest students: Work with Guest Registration (Student Central) for assistance with course registration.
New students: Your first advising sessions will be during a Start Now event.
- All New Students must attend a Start Now Event after completing their placement. Please refer to the New Student Checklist and the Start Now page.
Continuing / Current students:
- If you are enrolled this semester, attend a pathway session to register for next semester. See “Pathway Coaching"
- Work with your assigned advisor. See “Who is my assigned advisor?” If your assigned advisor is not available, use the Advising & LifeMap virtual and on-campus services.
