Head Coach Estive Sosa Bio
Estive Sosa started his coaching journey at Bunker Hill in 2016 where he was an assistant coach for 5 years before becoming head coach in 2021. Estive has 5 national championship appearances. Three of those were as an assistant coach, while two of those appearances have been in his reign as head coach, 2021 and 2024. While head coach Estive has been named Region 21 Coach of the Year twice out of the last 3 years, He was also named 2021 Northeast Region coach of the year. A BHCC Alum himself Sosa played in 2012 and 2013 with two national appearances. When not at BHCC Estive is the regional director of Charlestown for New England Surf Soccer Club. Estive is also an assistant coach at UMass Boston where he specializes in Goalkeeper training. Estive has an impressive 64% winning record while here at BHCC thus far.
